An electric hair trimmer (100) generally includes a handle (200), a drive system (232), and a cutter head (300, 500, 600). The cutter head (300, 500, 600) includes a stationary blade (314, 514, 614) and a movable blade (316, 516, 616), and the cutter head (300, 500, 600) is releasably connectable to the handle (200) in operative connection with the drive system (232). The handle (200) is configured for ejecting the cutter head (300, 500, 600).
