[Solution] The invention has a configuration providing: a rotating container (38) that is shaped so that the diameter increases in the upward direction, is rotated around the axis line thereof as the center by a driving means (electric motor (42)), and to the center of which multiple drugs are supplied; a guide part (54) that is affixed on the upper side of the rotating container (38) at a prescribed interval, extends helically from the center of the rotating container (38) to the periphery, and guides drugs that are moved by the rotation of the rotating container (38) from the center to the periphery; a detecting means (counter (68)) disposed on the outside of the rotating container (38); and a regulating part (63) that, of the drugs moved to the periphery of the rotating container (38), sends the drugs in contact with the guide part (54) to the detecting means (38) and the drugs not in contact with the guide part (54) over the guide part (54) and back to the center.
