Method of ultrasound welding of a watch glass (4), the watch comprising a middle (2) which delimits together with the glass (4) a watch case (1), the glass (4) comprising an upper face (8) oriented on the user side and a lower face (10) opposite, oriented on the side of the watch case (1), a digital display device (12) being fixed on the lower face (10) of the glass (4), a printed circuit board (26) being disposed in the watch case (1), under the digital display device (12) and at a distance therefrom, the digital display device (12) being connected electrically to the printed circuit board (26) by means of an electrical connector of zebra type (30), this method being characterized in that, given that the glass (4) is borne on a land (6) made in the middle (2), the ultrasounds are directed onto the land (6) so as to melt this land (6) and lower the level of the glass (4) in the direction of the printed circuit board (26), so that the zebra connector (30) is compressed between the digital display device (12) and the printed circuit board (26).
