Among these coil substrates, in the coil substrates 40Aa and 40Af on both ends in the laminating direction having relatively good heat dissipation effect, the coils are electrically connected in series to each other, and, in the coil substrates 40Ab to 40Ae on an inner side in the laminating direction having relatively poor heat dissipation effect. at least a part of the coils is electrically connected in parallel to each other.
