A nitrile rubber composition which contains a nitrile rubber (A) which contains ±,²-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units 20 to 80 wt%, conjugated diene monomer units which may be at least partially hydrogenated 20 to 80 wt%, and cationic monomer units 0 to 30 wt% and a layered inorganic filler (B) with a surface area particle size distribution where a) a median size (d50) of the cumulative surface area distribution is 0.20 µm to 6.0 µm and b) d90-d10 of the cumulative surface area distribution is 1.1 µm or more in a ratio of 1 to 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weigh of the nitrile rubber (A) is provided.
