An apparatus, system, and method of managing data transmission are provided, each of which is capable of generating reservation information regarding communication reserved for at least one of a first transmission terminal (10aa) and a second transmission terminal (10db), in response to a communication start request that requests to start communication between the first transmission terminal (10aa) and the second transmission terminal (10db). The reservation information is generated based on first time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the first transmission terminal (10aa) is scheduled to start, and second time information indicating the time at which communication reserved for the second transmission terminal (10db) is scheduled to start. The reservation information is transmitted to the first transmission terminal (10aa). The data transmission management method may be implemented in the form of a program stored in a recording medium.
