An antifouling coating composition comprising:
(A) a silyl ester copolymer;
(B) a carbodiimide of formula (II):
wherein
R is an optionally substituted arylene group;
each R' are independently identical or different optionally substituted aryl groups, and
n is an integer from 0 to 500, preferably from 0 to 50; and
(C) an antifouling agent.
