The invention relates to a trocar system, comprising a trocar (10), an optical channel (14) extending coaxially in the trocar (10) for receiving an optical unit (16), and a hollow transparent distal tip (12) of the trocar (10), which can be observed from the interior by means of the optical unit (16), wherein the distal working end of an instrument having two working parts (18, 20) movable relative to one another is formed on the distal tip (12), wherein a first working part (18) is an integral component of the tip (12) and the second working part (20) is mounted movably on the tip (12), wherein an actuating channel (30) is constructed in the wall (18) of the trocar (10) surrounding the optical channel (14), which channel extends axially parallel from the proximal end of the trocar (10) into the distal tip (12) thereof, and wherein an actuating element (28) is received in the actuating channel (30) such as to be axially displaceable, the proximal end of said actuating element being guided out of the proximal end of the actuating channel (30) and the distal end of said actuating element engaging on the second working part (20) in order to move same.
