A lighting module may be provided that comprises: a first and a second light source units (130a, 130b) which are disposed to face each other; a first case (150a) in which the first light source unit is disposed; a second case (150b) in which the second light source unit is disposed; a first plate (110a) of which one side is connected to the first case, of which the other side is connected to the second case and which includes a plurality of first holes (115a) through which light emitted from the first and the second light source units passes; and a second plate (110b) which is disposed to face the first plate and includes a plurality of second holes (115b) through which the light emitted from the first and the second light source units passes, wherein the amount of the light emitted through the first plate is not the same as the amount of the light emitted through the second plate, and the total opening area of the plurality of first holes differs from the total opening area of the plurality of second holes.
