摘要：
The invention relates to a construction in the form of a box delimiting on the inside: - an inlet chamber connected to an inlet (6) for effluents and comprising a progressive widening, a system for dissipating energy (13) and a decantation area, - a measurement chamber communicating with the inlet chamber via a flow passage extending above a step (16) that extends inside the measurement chamber via a lateral weir. The measurement chamber that is connected to an outlet (7) for effluents is fitted with a measurement device (28) comprising at least one sensor for measuring the flow and the quality of the effluents at the bell-mouthed lateral weir.
