The present invention relates to a system for controlling, measuring and monitoring the secondary electric power distribution grid with remote fraud and power theft detection, readings, power cuts-off, reconnection and client load control, besides continuous monitoring of the electric grid parameters, providing diagnostics on the status of the grid and public lighting from an assigned Command Central, located at the secondary busbar of the distribution transformer, and Measuring Modules at clients installations.
