摘要：
The invention relates to a polyorganosiloxane composition, comprising: A) at least one polyorganosiloxane compound, comprising a) at least one polyorganosiloxane group, and b) at least one quaternary ammonium group, and B) at least one polyorganosiloxane compound, which does not have quaternary ammonium groups, and which polyorganosiloxane compound B) comprises at least one terminal ester group. The invention further relates to aqueous emulsions comprising at least one such polyorganosiloxane composition and a method of surface treatment, comprising the step of applying such polyorganosiloxane compositions or aqueous emulsions thereof to the surface of a substrate.
