A laminated glazing comprises at least two glass layers, a fire resistant layer between said glass layers, and one or more layers of polymeric material; said layers of polymeric material comprising a reinforcing film incorporating polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) nano-particles; or said layer being itself reinforced by polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) nano-particles.
