Barbell with collateral resistance of embodied springs which consists of four resistance springs (2), two cylindrical handgrips (3), three closure washers (4) and one bar (1).
Alongside any exercise which can be performed with the collateral resistance embodied springs Barbell, the user, via the cylindrical handgrips (3), can compress- coil up the resistance springs (2) inwards (α) or outwards (β) resulting in training more muscle groups of their body simultaneously.
