摘要：
A bone chisel (11, 11', 11", 11") for creating a protrusion (7) bearing the cruciate ligament attachments from the upper side (3) of a tibia head (2) has a blade (12) which encloses the area of the projection (7) in a U-shape to the front with a transverse wall (22) and to the side with side walls (23, 24), and has a cutter (13). A guide rod (18) extended parallel to the driving direction of the bone chisel (11", 11") is mounted on the side of the bone chisel (11", 11") formed by the transverse wall (22), which guide rod is displaceably mounted in the direction of the guide rod (18) in a guide head (19) which can be affixed on the front side of the tibia head (2).
