Optical module for a motor vehicle lighting and/or signalling device comprising: - an optical deflection component (12) and - a support member (20) to which said optical deflection component (12) is attached, wherein said support member (20) has adapter fastening means (26) for fastening an adapter to which a light source is attached, and wherein said first optical deflection component (12) comprises adapter indexing means arranged such that they are able to position the adapter according to two separate, intersecting axes relative to the first optical deflection component (12).
