According to the invention, the device also comprises: first sealed connection means (11) that can connect the pump means (3) to an upstream stoma (S1) located on the patient's abdominal wall; second sealed connection means (12) that can connect the pump means (3) to a downstream stoma (S2) located on the patient's abdominal wall; and pump means (3) that can be actuated by a user and are designed to be mounted on the patient's body.
