The invention relates to a device for endodontics by means of continuous ultrasonic irrigation with negative apical suction for the administration of disinfectants and other adjuvant substances in odontological treatment, comprising three fundamental parts: a plastic body connected to an ultrasonic dental unit, a coronal cannula for the ejection of the irrigant, and a microcannula that sucks up same.
