The light-guiding lens (3) can include: a plurality of light-guiding parts 30, which each include a light incident portion (31); a first reflecting surface (32) configured to upwardly reflect light entering through an upper half of the light incident portion (31); second reflecting surfaces (33, 33) configured to laterally reflect the light entering through a lower half of the light incident portion (31); third reflecting surfaces (34, 34) configured to upwardly reflect the light from the second reflecting surfaces (33, 33); a fourth reflecting surface (35) configured to forwardly reflect the light from the first reflecting surface (32) and from the third reflecting surfaces (34, 34); and a light exiting surface (36) configured to allow the light from the fourth reflecting surface (35) to exit therethrough forward.
