A method comprising: selecting a type of label to be printed; inputting information for said label to be printed, wherein said information comprises label data defining content of an image to be printed, and parameter data defining at least one parameter of the label to be printed; saving said information for said label to be printed as a file in a memory, and providing said file with a file extension name indicative of the type of label.
