摘要：
The invention relates to a method for producing a photosensitive device comprising: - a first step of preparing, on a substrate (3), at least one first photosensitive portion (1), active in a wavelength range, the first portion (1) being surrounded by a second inactive portion (2). A material (8) covering the first portion (1) is selectively arranged in a hydrophilic layer by means of an electrochemical process. The second portion (2) comprises, on an upper surface opposite the substrate, a hydrophobic material. The method also comprises the following steps: spraying, on the upper surfaces of the first (1) and second (2) portions, a liquid solution comprising a transparent material, and forming a convergent lens (4, 14) comprising the material on top of the first portion.
