The method includes: obtaining, by a local node, a base address of a memory page that needs to be dumped, and then querying, according to the base address of the memory page that needs to be dumped, a routing table to obtain routing information of the memory page that needs to be dumped, and sending the routing information of the memory page that needs to be dumped and dumping signaling to a cloud controller, so that the cloud controller forwards the routing information and the dumping signaling to a remote node in which the memory page that needs to be dumped is located, and further enables the remote node to dump, from memory of the remote node into a hard disk of the remote node according to the dumping signaling and the routing information, data in the memory page that needs to be dumped, or dump, from a hard disk of the remote node into memory of the remote node, data in the memory page that needs to be dumped.
