The problem addressed by the invention is that of improving known forefoot cushions. That problem is solved in that the forefoot cushion (1) has at least one zone (3, 5, 7), each zone (3, 5, 7) being introduced from the underneath face into the forefoot cushion (1). Moreover the at least one zone (3, 5, 7) is not visible from the upper face of the forefoot cushion (1), such that a flat, not curved surface (9) is produced in the upper part of the forefoot cushion (1). As a result, one or more metatarsal heads (21) can sink into the zone or zones (3, 5, 7), such that a pressure relief takes place. The invention further relates to a computer program product for quick, simple and individual ordering or production or selection of such a forefoot cushion (1). Analogous to the device, the invention relates to a method for providing, for example for producing or selecting such a forefoot cushion (1).
