摘要：
A drive mechanism for an injection device includes a housing, a dose dial member, a drive member engaging a lead screw, and a first clutch rotationally coupling the drive member and the housing in a coupled state and allowing relative rotation between the drive member and the housing in a de-coupled state. The drive mechanism further includes a second clutch rotationally coupling the drive member and the dial member in a coupled state and allowing relative rotation between the drive member and the dial member in a de-coupled state, and a nut coaxially arranged between the drive member and the dial member, splined or keyed to the drive member, and threadedly engaged to the dial member such that it moves axially on the drive member during dose setting but not during dose dispensing.
