The invention relates to a method, wherein a partial region of the metal pipe is placed in a tubular cavity of a metal sleeve (30), namely a sleeve having a metal wall that surrounds the tubular cavity, in such a way that an outer surface of the metal pipe and an inner surface of the metal sleeve contact each other at least partially. The metal sleeve is fastened to the partial region of the metal pipe placed in the tubular cavity of the metal sleeve in order to form a metal pipe/metal sleeve composite system (10/30). The metal pipe/metal sleeve composite system (10/30) in turn is placed in the passage opening of the metal body in such a way that an outer surface of the metal sleeve and an inner surface of the passage opening contact each other at least partially in order to afterwards form a force closure between said inner surface of the passage opening and said outer surface of the metal sleeve by plastically deforming at least the metal sleeve of the metal pipe/metal sleeve composite system placed in the passage opening. The metal pipe/metal sleeve/metal body composite system (10/30/20) thus formed can be used as a component of a sensor or of a vibronic measuring device formed by means of said sensor.
