A top surface (215; 315; 415; 615) of the shoulder (213; 313; 413; 613) is angled upwardly in a radially inward direction with respect to the longitudinal axis. The apparatus (201; 301; 401; 501; 601) further comprises a plurality of slip assemblies (221; 321; 421; 621) movably disposed within the bowl (203; 303; 403; 503; 603) and having a tapered inner surface (223; 323; 423; 623) with respect to the longitudinal axis.
