The present invention adopts the stirring mechanism completely opposite to the design of the existing stirring impeller, so that not only can the mixing of the flocculants and the washing sewage be accelerated, but also the flocculates can be prevented from being scattered, and the structure is simple; and the flocculation apparatus is self-cleaned, so that the automation degree is increased, the structure is simple, and the production cost can be saved.
