摘要：
A cooling apparatus includes: a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor (21), a condenser (22), an expansion valve (23) and an evaporator (25) are circularly connected sequentially, via a pipe, and a refrigerant circulates; and a heater (26) provided to the refrigerant circuit, in which the evaporator (25) is thermally connected to an exothermic element.
