The invention relates to a seat unit (25) for a wearable sitting posture assisting device (10) comprising at least one sitting means (26) designed to form an adjustable and/or self-adjusting seat surface (28) to be used in at least one at least partly sitting posture and in a walking mode, and comprising a frame means (27) designed to receive a weight force of a person (11) sitting on the sitting means (26) that is mounted on the frame means (27), and to a wearable sitting posture assisting device (10) with such a seat unit (25).
