The first shaft supporting portion 211 is fixed to part of a body frame 21 that extends to the rear from the link supporting portion 212 so that the rear steering axis a of the steering shaft 60 is situated behind a movable range V of a rear cross element 522b of a fink mechanism 5 in relation to a front-and-rear direction of a middle upper axis M.
