Textile framework (1) that can be used for the production of composite materials or parts, comprising: - a central layer (3) made from spans of fibres (3a) on a first type of synthetic material having received, before being formed into a layer, a treatment imparting a permanent crimp, and containing low temperature linking elements (3b), - external layers (21, 22) comprising spans of reinforcement fibres (4) and spans of chemical fibres (7) having received beforehand a treatment imparting a permanent crimp. At least some of the chemical fibre sections (7) of the external layers (21, 22) penetrate along part of their length into the central layer (3) and adhere to the low-temperature linking elements (3b) of the central layer (3).
