The turbine has a turbine wheel (2) with blades (3), and a turbine inlet (4) is arranged upstream of the turbine (1) and a turbine outlet channel (5) is arranged downstream of the turbine (1). The turbine is to be constructed such that the outflow via the turbine wheel is improved. For this purpose, a flow element (6) is arranged at a distance to the turbine wheel (2) on one or more securing elements (7), which are secured to the inner wall of the turbine outlet channel (5), downstream of the turbine wheel (2) such that the flow of the fluid from the turbine wheel (2) into the turbine outlet channel (5) is influenced by the flow element (6).
