The invention relates to an electrical dehorning appliance, of the type comprising a heating element consisting of an annular heating blade (7) forming an electrical resistance powered by electrical power supply means (6), the heating blade being electrically connected to the electrical power supply means by a pair of electrical connection elements (21), (22), characterised in that the heating blade (7) extends over 360° in a circular manner and is coupled to two diametrically opposed rigid electrical connection tabs (70).
