A composition (6) is described comprising: a wax composition comprising at least one volatile material; a liquid and/or gel composition (9) comprising at least one volatile material; wherein the wax composition completely or substantially completely surrounds the liquid and/or gel composition (9); and wherein the at least one volatile material comprises at least one of: a fragrance; an insecticide; a pesticide. Methods of manufacture thereof are also described.
