The method includes: in data reported by multiple transmitter nodes and received by a receiver node, when a statistical result of data reported by K transmitter nodes satisfies one of preset conditions, selecting one transmitter node from the K transmitter nodes, herein K is an integer greater than 1; the receiver node receiving data subsequently transmitted by the selected transmitter node; and the receiver node notifying unselected K-1 transmitter nodes of optimization information and the data subsequently transmitted by the selected transmitter node, herein the optimization information includes a basis for a transmitter node to determine whether to transmit subsequent data.
