摘要：
A cylinder head (1) containing an exhaust system manifold (6) for an engine (10) includes screw holes (20) formed through a fastening face (15A) of the cylinder head (1) and an exhaust pipe, and outlet cooling channels (4C, 4D) that are provided adjacent to an outlet (6B) of a confluence (6A) of the manifold (6), and are disposed between the screw holes (20) and the outlet (6B). Coolant flows through the outlet cooling channels (4C, 4D).
