摘要：
A disc brake device (10) is configured so that a piston (28) presses a piston-side pad (50) when subjected to pressing force from an operating spring (36), the piston (28) being disposed within a cylinder (20) formed in a caliper body (12). The disc brake device (10) is provided with: a support section (22) provided to a part of the caliper body (12); a reaction receiver (34) protruding to a side section of the piston (28) and facing the support section (22); and a cam section (44) provided between the support section (22) and the reaction receiver (34) and increasing the distance between the support section (22) and the reaction receiver (34) when pivoting force is inputted, thereby releasing the pressing force.
