The present invention discloses a telescopic folding table comprising a table plate and support foot frames to set up the table plate. The said table plate comprises a plurality of panels and connecting pieces to connect the adjacent panels. The front ends and rear ends of said panels are provided with sliding grooves. The panels of the table plate are set up in order from left to right. Both ends of each connecting piece are connected to two adjacent panels respectively. One end of connecting piece is mounted in the sliding groove of one panel, while the other end of the connecting piece is hinged to the end of the other panel or mounted in the sliding groove of the other panel. The panel is provided with a cover plate for covering the gap between adjacent panels. The present invention can adjust the whole area of table plate in a large range by increasing or decreasing the distance between the panels. With connecting pieces to connect panels, the table plate features a good integrity.
