The invention relates to a plain bearing assembly of a rotational element on a bearing bolt, said assembly comprising a bearing bolt (2), a bearing sleeve (4), which is non-rotatably mounted on said bolt and which comprises a first bearing surface (6) formed on its outer periphery, a rotational element (3) which is rotatably mounted on the bearing sleeve (4) and which comprises a second bearing surface (7) that is formed on its inner periphery and that is slidingly mounted on the first bearing surface (6). The bearing bolt (2) has at least one lubricant channel (11) opening onto the outer face of the bolt and the bearing sleeve (4) has a radial groove (12) formed on its inner periphery, which groove communicates with the radial lubricant channel (11), and at least one passage (14) branching off radially from the radial groove and opening towards the rotational element (3). The rotational element (3) has a radial groove formed on its inner periphery (17) and communicating with the passage (14) and the first bearing surface (6) is harder than the second bearing surface (7).
