In order to provide an arrangement which improves homogenization and/or color mixing of at least two light sources, it is intended according to the invention that the at least one reflector (5) and the at least one optical wave guide element (7) are arranged relative to the at least one carrier assembly (3) such that at least a majority of light rays (15) starting at the light source mounting positions (9) reaches the optical wave guide element (7) indirectly via reflection on the at least one reflector (5).
