A terminal plate member (100) on which a terminal (32) of a coil component (30) is mounted including: an annular frame (10) having an inner peripheral edge; a pair of extension members (15, 16) extending from the inner peripheral edge of the annular frame (10) toward an inner space of the annular frame member (10) in a first direction; and a deformable section (18, 22) provided in the annular frame (10) at proximal end (15b, 16b) of one of the pair of extension members (15, 16), the deformable section (18, 22) having a more easily deformable property than other sections of the annular frame (10) when force is applied. The deformable section (18, 22) is provided along at least an entire width, in a second direction, of the one of the pair of extension members (15, 16). The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
