A metal-ion secondary battery is provided. The metal-ion secondary battery includes a positive electrode. The positive electrode includes at least one current-collecting layer and at least one active layer, wherein the current-collecting layer and the active layer are mutually stacked, and the current-collecting layer has at least one first through-hole and the active layer has at least one second through-hole.
