The lighting assembly (100) is configured to emit, in operation, a safe amount of the UV light (106) in the spectral range through a light exit window (102). A ratio between a first radiant flux of the UV light (106) and a second radiant flux of the visible light (112) is in a range from 0.01 to 0.0001.
