[Problem]
The present invention pertains to a technical means for providing a binocular stereoscopic image of full azimuth and overall height in a camera-installed location, the present invention obviating a process that takes a long time, such as a process for linking together images photographed by a plurality of cameras, and making it possible to deliver an omnidirectional binocular stereoscopic live dynamic image.
