摘要：
The present invention provides a seed oil, obtainable from seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides by supercritical CO 2 extraction, the seed oil comprising at least 25 weight-% linoleic acid calculated from the total fatty acids in the seed oil, at least 20 weight-% alpha-linolenic acid calculated from the total fatty acids in the seed oil, less than 0.001 weight-% carotenoids, based on the total weight of the seed oil, and wherein the amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), selected from the group consisting of benzo(a)pyrene, chrysene, benz(a)anthracene and benzo(a)fluoranthene is less than 10 µg/kg seed oil.
