The present invention relates to a plasticizer composition and a resin composition including the same. When the plasticizer composition is used as a plasticizer in the resin composition, the plasticizer composition may be environmentally friendly, may be improved in processability due to an enhanced absorption rate and enhanced plasticization efficiency, may reduce the total amount of the plasticizer to be applied due to improved physical properties such as migration and volatile loss, and may also have excellent mechanical properties due to improved tensile strength and an improved elongation rate as a plasticizer.
