The wheel mount (22) has a shaft sleeve (38), in which the hollow shaft (42) is received. The wheel members (24) are connected to opposite ends of the hollow shaft (42) for free rotation. The hollow shaft (42) has a vision passage (44), and the wheel members (24) have a plurality of vision bores (58), whereby one may see through the wheel members (24) via the vision bores (58) and the vision passage (44) when the wheel members (24) are rotating.
