A liquid transfer apparatus (1) includes: rollers (14) configured to transfer supplied liquid to a blanket cylinder (13); a roller holding device (31) configured to detachably hold the rollers (14) and perform a rotating operation to move any one of the rollers (14) to a predetermined position facing the blanket cylinder (13); and a contact-separation unit (35) configured to bring the roller (14) held by the roller holding device (31) and disposed at the predetermined position into and out of contact with the blanket cylinder (13).
