The proposed carrier tape (300) can include dividers (330) and cutouts (340) to accommodate the devices (205) with minimum pitch without sacrificing corner relief. A cover tape (450) can be included to seal the devices (205) below the top surface of the devices (205). Further, the floor (316) of the continuous channel (310) can be lined with an adhesive (560).
