A method for controlled movement of at least one first magnet includes aligning the at least one first magnet and the at least one second magnet in such a way that a line E-E running through both centers C, D of the magnets, are not perpendicular to the magnetic axis A-A, B-B of the magnets. The magnets are aligned close to each other while they are retained, and the first magnet is released.
